Job Summary
A law firm based in Menlo Park, Pretoria is seeking a Candidate Attorney to complete a two-year articles contract while gaining practical legal experience in litigation procedures and Road Accident Fund (RAF) third party claims.
The successful candidate will assist attorneys with legal drafting, court procedures, client consultations and legal administration, while developing professional legal skills within a structured training environment.
This role is ideal for a law graduate with an LLB degree who is looking to begin their legal career and gain experience in litigation, RAF claims and legal practice procedures.
Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree completed
Afrikaans and English proficiency required for client communication and legal correspondence
Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle
Comfortable travelling to rural areas for client consultations
Must currently reside in Pretoria
Strong professional communication and organisational skills
Ability to work within a legal practice environment
Availability to start as soon as possible
