Job Summary

A training provider based in Table View, Cape Town is seeking a qualified and accredited Facilitator, also referred to as a First Aid Trainer / Safety Trainer / Training Facilitator, to deliver customer training across a range of accredited health and safety, first aid, fire safety, compliance, and workplace training programmes.

This full-time, on-site role involves facilitating training in both internal and client-based environments, with travel to customer premises required when needed. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging, professional, and compliant training sessions to a wide range of learners and workplace audiences.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in facilitation, occupational health and safety training, first aid instruction, fire safety training, risk assessment training, and accredited course delivery. Applicants must be confident working with diverse groups, be computer literate, and have the practical ability to deliver training in a professional and customer-focused manner.

Requirements / Qualifications

Accredited with SETA
Must have a valid Assessor Number
Ability to facilitate accredited training courses professionally and effectively
Must be able to work with a wide range of people
Must be computer literate
Must have own reliable transport when conducting training at customer premises
Applicants should be available to start by the end of March

Accreditation is required in the following courses:

Basic First Aid
Intermediate First Aid
Advanced First Aid
Basic Fire
SHE Rep (Safety, Health, and Environmental Representative)

The following accreditations are not required but would be advantageous:

Emergency Evacuation
Accident / Incident Investigation
