Job Summary
A law firm based in Lynnwood, Pretoria is seeking a Junior Attorney to assist with High Court and Magistrate’s Court litigation and family law matters.
The successful candidate will manage legal matters including litigation procedures, court appearances, legal drafting and client consultations, while supporting the legal team in handling a variety of general litigation and family law cases.
This opportunity is ideal for a recently admitted attorney with experience in litigation procedures, family law matters and court processes within a law firm environment.
Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree and admission as an Attorney
Strong English language proficiency
Recent post-admission experience in General Litigation and Family Law
Experience with High Court and Magistrate’s Court litigation
Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle
Must reside in Pretoria or within commuting distance
Stable employment history with contactable references
Availability to start as soon as possible
