Mining Sales Representative
Rustenburg, North West Province, South Africa

Job Summary
A company in the mining and industrial supply sector is seeking an experienced Mining Sales Representative to manage external sales of mining supplies, automotive components, and technical mining parts within the Rustenburg mining region.
The successful candidate will focus on client relationship development, sourcing new customers, and maintaining existing mining industry accounts. This role requires frequent travel to mines and industrial clients while working closely with the company’s Head Office in Pretoria.
This opportunity is ideal for a candidate with strong experience in external sales, mining supplies, industrial parts sales, automotive components sales, or technical product sales who enjoys working in the field and building long-term client relationships within the mining industry.
Requirements / Qualifications
Afrikaans and English proficiency required due to client communication needs
Minimum 3 years’ recent experience in the mining industry with knowledge of mining supplies and parts, OR
Minimum 3 years’ external sales experience involving daily client visits and business development within mining supplies, automotive parts, or similar technical products
Knowledge or experience working with Rustenburg mining operations advantageous
Strong customer relationship management and communication skills
Ability to work closely with Pretoria-based Head Office
Computer literate in MS Office
Valid driver’s licence
Own reliable transport to travel to work (company vehicle provided during work hours)
Currently residing in Pretoria or Rustenburg
Willingness to travel between Pretoria and Rustenburg
Stable employment history with contactable references
Availability to start as soon as possible
